 1.       What will I be charged for?

You will be charged to dispose of tyres. The charge is £4 per tyre or part tyre

2.     How do I pay?

Please pay by card card, we cannot accept cash or cheques on the sites.

3.     How do I know my card details are secure?

All of the information entered into the form is encrypted before it is transmitted between your computer and ours. Your credit or debit card details are also stored in an encrypted format to prevent any unauthorised access. We will only use your card details for the payment you authorise. We will not disclose your card details to any third parties other than the bank which processes them for payment. Online Payments Limited, operates and complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) v3.1 for the following scope: “Development and management of hosted web applications used for the purposes of ecommerce transactional processing”

4.     What happens if I can’t pay?

If you are unable to pay, you will be asked to leave the site and to return later with a means of payment. You will not be allowed to dispose of your tyres unless you can pay - using a card.

5.     I am disabled, what help can I get at site?

Viridor West Sussex follow and comply with the legislation of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. If you attend any of our Household Waste and Recycling Sites (HWRS) and have a disability issue and require assistance, please ask a member of site staff when you arrive. They will take your items and transfer them to the correct recycling containers for you if required. Disabled parking spaces are available at a number of our sites except Midhurst, Shoreham, Littlehampton and Bognor.
